If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you have 7 days from the date it is marked delivered to file a lost/stolen package claim. Please be sure to check with neighbors, household members, or anyone else who may have been present.

Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees. Final Markdown items are final sale with no returns. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.
Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.
For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.
Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

I ordered the percale 100% cotton duvet and shams, extra duvet, sheets , pillow cases. The colors are so soft and beautiful. I am happy that the flat sheets are over size, ahhhhhh. I wouldn't trust anything next to my silk comforter, until I found Egyptian linens. Arrived sooner than expected, washed up nicely, so excellent, the duvet have that crisp cool feel and soft hand you can only get with percale and the very best cotton. Great customer service and communication, they truly care that your experience is exceptional. Highly recommend. Love my soft cool breathable covers!
Very well made duvet cover. So very soft and fits comforter perfect. I ordered one a while back and wash it weekly. So decided to have a second one for immediate make for bed. Love it.
